R2AK Time Machine – Retreading Five Years of Half-Truths
In the fair years of 2020 and 2021, Race to Alaska strewed its hopes and goals atop the Pyre of Dreams along with all the rest (thanks, COVID). As we waved away the smoke and shooed scattering aspirations back into the fire, we were left with nothing but half-empty red solo cups and stories of the first 5 years ala R2AK.
So gather round the fire—we may not have heard the starting gun in 2020 or 2021, but we had tales to tell. For every day we would have been racing, we produced a Daily Update, replete with video, written story, and the occasional podcast from our trusty Race Boss.
